The Role

This role has become available due to an internal promotion, as the business always strives to promote from within whenever possible. Joining as a Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality business advice and accounting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert business advisory and accounting services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
Lead and mentor a team, facilitating on-the-job training and ensuring staff development.
Assist in business development activities.
Oversee project management tasks to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

Required

ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least five years of experience in accountancy practice.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationship
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
