Job Overview:

The client is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to assist with the final stages of a construction scheme. This is a temporary position with an immediate start on Monday, running for 2-3 months until the scheme's completion.

Job Details:

* Location: Liverpool

* Duration: 2-3 months (until scheme completion)

* Start Date: Monday

* Pay Rate: £14 per hour PAYE

* Working Hours: Full-time

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer in the construction/social housing sector.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants effectively.

* Ability to manage tenant queries, complaints, and updates professionally.

* Experience coordinating with site teams to ensure smooth project completion.

* Availability to start immediately.
