I'm recruiting a Principal Planning role for a fast-growing developer, adviser and partner for renewable generation and optimised, flexible power infrastructure.

The company have just received 8 figure investment from a specialist energy equity investment fund to help continue drive their strategy to develop, build, own and operate energy storage and renewable energy assets.

The main focus of your role is the co-ordination of all of the planning and permitting activity across the business. You'll also be assisting with, or leading on, the preparation of consent applications and advising on the planning aspects of complex schemes, which may include Town and Country Planning, Development Consent Order, Transport and Works Act etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience of planning & consenting of major energy and infrastructure projects in the UK
