I have been retained by an industry-leading RC Frame / Groundworks contractor who are looking to bolster their team of estimators. As senior estimator you will be a vital part of the pre-construction team and be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for Groundworks, RC Frame & Civil Engineering projects across London & Home Counties.

Responsibilities:

* Review and analyse tender documentation

* Develop new and existing relationships with clients

* Identify potential project risks, cost implications and recommend mitigation strategies

* Provide essential cost reporting information

* Help mentor / manage junior members of staff

What you need:

* Minimum of 5 years experienbce as an estimator within RC Frame / Groundworks

* Proficiency in Causeway and Bluebeam

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong communications skills - ability to be client facing
