In this role you will lead the design team, work closely with architects, meet with clients and project managers, engineers, site staff to ensure the installations are done correctly

The ideal candidate is a Building Services/HVAC Design Engineer with experience in ventilation design experience and worked extrensively in building services, wanting to progress into a senior role, develop their career, oversee a junior team member and have the chance to be progress in the business.

THE ROLE:

Ventilation design
Meet with clients, architects
Ensure plans are aligned and to clients requirements and correctly installed according to plans and design
THE PERSON:

Level 6 qualified in building services qualification
Ventilation or building servies design experience
Autocad, Revit or other design system experience
Be based in Essex and commutable distance to Latchindon
