THE COMPANY A thriving digital growth agency are seeking a CRO Manager to lead and optimize conversion strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects. THE ROLE As a CRO Manager, you will take charge of driving results-oriented testing strategies, delivering insights, and leading end-to-end optimisation projects. Collaborating with data, design, and client teams, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer journeys and achieving measurable ROI for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Testing Strategy & Programme Management: Create and manage testing plans to align with client goals and enhance testing maturity.
- Quantitative & Qualitative Research: Identify opportunities for improvement in client websites and user journeys.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop hypotheses backed by research, design effective testing solutions, and measure impact through robust analytics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships across client teams and align strategies with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data and development teams to ensure seamless funnel tracking and successful experiment implementation.
- Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse user behaviour and test results to refine strategies and deliver iterative improvements.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years of CRO experience in an in-house or agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, including Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to handle large datasets and understand the statistics behind A/B testing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and their interplay with CRO.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with analytics teams to set up test-specific tracking.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is advantageous but not essential.
