ROLE: Manufacturing Coordinator

HOURS: 40 hours per Week , Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00- Permanent Role

SALARY: £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary per year

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Manufacturing Co-ordinator to support our Manufacturing Manager based at our Clover Nook site, Somercotes, Alfreton.

WHAT OUR MANUFACTURING CO-ORDINATORS DO:

• Support management with administrative duties, such as updating trackers and journals
• Input live production data into the database
• Analyse manufacturing data and deliver high level, detailed communications with other departments across the organisation
• Support Management with day to day tasks
• Use data to create presentations for operation meetings
• Coordinate colleagues so they can rotate across different tasks
• Provide feedback on performance and adherence to operational standards
• Produce management reports to facilitate and support the management decision making process
• Maintain accurate records of production activities Identify areas of improvement
• Update and document Routing and BOM's Support the production team over multiple levels

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR MANUFACTURING CO-ORDINATORS:

• Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft based systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• ERP literacy is desirable, or a good ability to learn new systems
• Technical Experience within a Manufacturing environment
• Experience working within budgets
• Strong Team player who can work with all levels across the organisation
