Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Fulltime) - Salary £52,020.00 to £61,200.00 (dependent on experience) - Hybrid working

About the role
The successful candidate will manage the financial planning cycles of strategic plan, annual budget and in-year forecasting, and provide financial insight, support, and challenge to the business.
Core Responsibilities
Maintains and develops strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the Executive Leadership team, business groups, and within Finance, to ensure the timely delivery of cost-effective decisions, within budget.

Location: We embrace a hybrid working model at OS and understand there is no one size fits all in relation to how we work. We have a fantastic HQ in Southampton, Hampshire where you will be required to spend 2-3 days a week with the remaining time being a personal choice as to whether you work from home or spend more time at OSHQ.
