We're working with a couple of social housing providers who are looking for maintenance operatives to join their team in temporary and permanent positions.
The main roles we're recruiting for are Painters & Joiners (multiskilled)
Permanent role
Up to £35,000 salary plus van, fuel card, uniform, pension, holidays etc.
Working Monday to Friday 8-4:30

Your new role

Occupied social housing properties & voids
Day to day repairs, responsive repairs, voids
Painters- Damp & Mould work as well as finishing and voids
Joiners- Kitchens and bathrooms, responsive repairs, adaptations, planned works and voids

What you'll need to succeed

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant trade
Driving license essential
Previous social housing or building maintenance experience required
