I'm looking for a Dispatch/Logistics administrator to work from our client in there Brierely Hill office. Hours of work, 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Main duties would include…

Making pre-delivery phone calls to our customers to ensure we capture delivery restrictions etc.
Taking phone calls from our Logistic partners to assist with delivery issues.
Booking of courier deliveries via web portals.
Maintaining of our proof of delivery database.
Handling of warehouse picking tickets.
Handling of delivery notes.

We need a confident person with regards to telephone use as this would form majority of the role (60-70%). Full training on all aspects would be given.

This role, although temporary to begin with, will have the scope for a full-time position provided they are the right person. Pay rate is £12.00 per hour
