Quantity Surveyor - Hartlet Wintney, Hampshire - Carpentry Subcontractor for Residential developments

Our client are a Carpentry Subcontractor for Residential Contractors that are looking for an experienced and established Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team

Important details for a Quantity Surveyor applying for this role:

Perm - Based out of office

* BD is essential for this role - prepared to take clients out, strong on networking

* Carpentry background would be ideal but not essential

* Primarily working with PLC house builders

* The role would be leading the department in due course

* Working with a Part time estimator and trainee surveyor.

* Prodominantly office based with the view to going out to site meetings, agreeing variations with clients, going to client meetings, processing wages, working with the accounts function.
