Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Community Physiotherapy team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. This role covers a range of specialisms, including orthopaedics, elderly care, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied community-based caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, independence, and well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and carers on rehabilitation and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with trust policies.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Proven experience in community physiotherapy.
• Expertise in orthopaedics, elderly care, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients.
• Strong assessment and intervention planning skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
