We are seeking a Project Manager - Offshore Wind Inspection and Monitoring to drive the development and market presence of our client's wind farm inspection and monitoring strategy. Responsibilities:

Industry Expertise & Collaboration:
Develop a deep understanding of the offshore wind inspection and monitoring sector and related services.
Proactively engage with colleagues, clients, and industry partners to identify and leverage opportunities within the operational phase of wind farm projects.

Solution Portfolio Development:
Lead the strategic development and implementation of inspection and monitoring solutions tailored to offshore wind farm sites.
Establish and enhance our client's market reputation as a trusted advisor and key partner within the offshore wind sector.

Innovation & Technology Advancement:
Support the creation and integration of new technologies and methodologies for inspecting wind farm assets, both above and below water.
Work closely with global technical teams to turn innovative concepts into market-ready products and services.

Market Authority & Strategy:
Act as the leading authority on offshore wind inspection and monitoring, covering both fixed bottom and floating sectors.
Drive the strategic roadmap for these solutions, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge as the industry evolves.

Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:

Degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent operational/technical expertise.
Minimum of three years' experience in the offshore wind industry, with a background in wind farm operations, manufacturing, maintenance, or similar sectors.
Comprehensive knowledge of offshore wind inspection and monitoring practices, technologies, and client needs.
Proven experience in leading innovation, particularly with new technologies like autonomous or remote operations.
Leadership experience in a global, multi-location organisation.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with industry peers and clients.
A proactive, curious, and courageous approach to exploring new opportunities and delivering solutions.
