Are you a driven finance professional working towards your qualification and eager to take the next step in your career? An industry leading company is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team with future growth into a Finance Business Partner role. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, support key financial processes, and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing: ? Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts and period-end close processes? Supporting senior finance leaders in financial reporting and analysis? Preparing P&L forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis? Managing balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with external audits? Partnering with operational teams to enhance financial understanding and cost control? Contributing to process improvements and system implementations
What We're Looking For: ?? Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong desire to complete your qualification?? Experience in a management accountant role. ?? Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office?? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance teams?? A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
