HGV Service Advisor needed

Our client, a top brand commercial vehicle dealer in south east, is seeking for a Part Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever customers visit us to get their vehicle serviced, or when they need help or advice with the upkeep of their vehicles.

Role: HGV Service Advisor

Hours: 46.5 hours per week. Either, 6:00am to 4:00pm/7:00am to 5:00pm/08:00 to 6:00pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Plus, one in four Saturdays 07:00am to 1:00pm as per site rota.

Location: Worthing

Key responsibilities:

* link between our customers and the workshop.

* From welcoming customers, you'll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job.

* liaise with our parts team and suggest suitable additional products and services to the customer.

Requirements:

* Previous dealership or customer facing experience is required

* Kerridge experience is desirable

* Knowledge of the motor trade industry is desirable
