Estimator Brief: · Working under the direction, guidance, and supervision of the Pre-Contracts Manager (PCM) · Role requires assisting with quantity take-off for tender preparations · Undertake site visits to assist with tender preparations · Issue enquiries through tender stage for materials and sub-contracts · Complete tenders for small/medium projects under guidance of PCM · Producing material schedules and sub-contractor BoQs for Operations Teams from successful tenders Skills: · Be competent in use of MS Excel and MS Word · Have a working experience of electronic take-off from pdf drawings Ideally, experience 5+ years as an estimator in the civil engineering sector or construction industry.
