As FP&A Manager, you'll step into this business and join a team of finance experts who don’t just analyse numbers—they drive decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders in order to improve cost visibility and management reporting. You will provide in-depth analysis for forecast and budget cycles, generating concise board presentations. You can also consolidate monthly group flash results, assessing risks and opportunities against financial plans. 

Building relationships with business units and finance partners to improve performance insights is essential to this role.

You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant with a background working in FMCG. You will have significant experience working in FP&A and or a commercial finance role. Individuals who have a background in practice would also be useful, although not essential.
