Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a compassionate and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join a lovely, nurturing Nursery in Romsey. The successful candidate will assist in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all children in their care and support active learning, creativity and exploration.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
Support the daily routines and care of children.
Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain a clean and organised classroom.About you:

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:

Level 2 qualified- ESSENTIAL
Level 3 qualified- DESIRABLE
Experience in an EYFS setting - ESSENTIAL
Experience with supporting the development of SEN learners (desirable)
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:

Hold right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide references upon request
Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
