Job Type: Supply Chain Analyst - Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week Mon - Fri - Flexible start and finish times.

Salary: 38,000 to 40,000 + Annual related bonus

Location: Hook - hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Role overview

The Supply Chain analyst is responsible for analysing and improving our clients Logistics and Supply Chain processes. This role involves collecting and analysing data within inventory, shipping, warehousing and transport, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities - Supply Chain Analyst

  • Data Analysis and reporting relating to transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor company KPIs such as OTD and ADL.
  • End of month reconciliation with the Finance department on sales volumes, accruals, transport costs, etc.
  • Oversee the inbound and Outbound shipping process.
  • Monitor and evaluate incident log to ensure root cause analysis is addressed amongst Operations team and process improvements are identified where necessary.
  • Liaise with third party logistics suppliers, leading weekly operations call and QBRs.
  • Govern inventory and material movements in SAP, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry & company standards, and logistics procedures.
  • Govern controls with monthly reconciliations to ensure J-SOX compliance.

Desirable

  • Previous experience within a Logistics, Supply Chain, Data or Operations Analyst role
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills i.e. Pivot Tables/VLookups/Macros
  • Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry
  • In depth understanding of Logistics, Incoterms, Imports or Exports
  • Previous in working with SAP or similar systems
