Plasterer Multi Tradesman

One of our key clients is a well-established fit-out,refurbishment maintenance company looking for a Plasterer Multi to join their growing teams covering, Basingstoke, Reading and the Bracknell area. Ideally you will possess a NVQ qualification with the ability to work across various trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service. They have exciting growth plans and want people who are equally as ambitious.

You will work on Planned refurbishment works within Social Housing properties. Tenanted properties as well as on occasional voids. The works will be Multi Trade with a strong bias towards Plastering ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard, the works will include Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments, with some, tiling and patch plastering meaning your days will be varied and interesting.

Responsibilities and Experience

Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, you must have Plumbing experience.
Experienced Multi Trade to carry out plumbing and ability to carry out basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and floor laying.
Working on Planned and void properties bringing them back to a liveable standard, including general maintenance works.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
Following Health and Safety policies and standards.
Full UK driving license is required.For your application to be successful we require you to have the following certificates:

Working at heights.
Asbestos Awareness.
