WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?

You will be an experienced, dedicated and passionate executive chef with a background in running complex, luxury 5-star hotel concepts. You will report directly into their culinary director, and you will have a voice in settings some of the directions for this exciting new opening, including their in-room-dining service and their stunning Mediterranean restaurant.
