We have several HLTA vacancies for September starts in schools across Birmingham and surrounding areas . It's the perfect opportunity for anyone who is looking to work in a classroom.

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, passionate and ideally experienced in assessing the social and emotional needs of all pupils and provide the support required to remove the barriers to learning.

The ideal candidate must have the following :

Hold a Level 4 within the Education or Childcare setting
Demonstrate a strong subject knowledge in all areas of development.
Set high expectations for all pupils, with the ability to adapt when needed.
Build positive relationships with all pupils, staff and parents / carers
Regularly assess the progress of children and keep records updated
Plan a variety of activities, using the national primary curriculum, using a range of relevant resources
Create a supportive, imaginative and challenging environment
