Site Service Engineer - Nottingham - ASAP start - Permanent role - £35k - £40k (depending on experience) ****
Our client is a specialist in installation, maintenance, and monitoring of Integrated Security Systems.
The role entails the provision of expert maintenance and repair services on a variety of intruder and access control systems. As the backbone of the company's technical operations, the successful candidate will ensure optimal functionality and client satisfaction through diligent work and exceptional service standards.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in electrical engineering, with a particular emphasis on intruder alarms and access control systems. A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is essential, demonstrating a track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on intruder and access control systems.
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage a schedule of small works, coordinating effectively to meet deadlines.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of intruder and access control systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm ( Half hour lunch ) - 40hrs per week.
Call out 1 week in 6 - £80 per week - any acceptance of a call paid £80 then time and a half for attending every hour after.
Disciplines required - Intruder Alarms ( Galaxy ), Access control, Intercoms any other discipline experience would be a bonus.
