Description

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary.
Support the year-end audit process.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
Maintain internal controls and compliance procedures.
Collaborate effectively with other departments.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management Accountant.Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

A professional qualification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in the preparation of management accounts.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
