Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients
  • Provide strategic input and support the ongoing growth of the firm
  • Mentor, develop and support junior team members and managers
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of audit standards
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
