We have a brand-new opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer at their Glossop site as a Machine Operative with immediate effect.
This is a full-time position with plenty of overtime available, where you will be recognised as a key player within a dedicated and friendly team.
What's on offer?
* £15.21 - £17.72 per hour
* Monday - Friday
* 3 week rotating shift pattern (6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 10:00pm - 6:00am)
* Overtime available at weekends at enhanced rates
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising each year with length of service)

What will you be doing as a Machine Operative?
* Operating and maintaining production machinery
* Monitoring machine performance to ensure consistent output
* Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
* Adhering to safety standards and reporting any equipment issues
* Assisting with production line tasks as needed
What do you need?
* Previous experience as a machine operator
* Experience in a fast-paced factory environment
* Flexibility with working hours
* Strong attention to detail
