Sales Manager - Cannock

Salary - negotiable dependant upon experience + uncapped commission & car allowance

You will be working with a fast growing, forward-thinking business that is looking for the right people to join them on this exciting journey, which they are very much at the start of.

The company are looking to employ a Sales Manager, to assist in maintaining and further improving upon this substantial growth over the last 3 years, and you will be required to sell hardware and software solutions to companies whilst building strong relationships for future business.

The Key individual will be required to:

• Help develop and grow a Sales team
• Ensure the Sales team are meeting & exceeding objectives
• Set, manage & review team/individual KPI's
• Manage customer relationships
• Conduct business development calls
• Attend client meetings and networking events
• Support with the generation of new data and prospective companies
• Update and track all progress through a CRM system
• Reporting directly in to the MD

The successful applicant will be required to have a good understanding of IT and managed services.

Key Benefits;
