One of the UK's Top Quantity Surveying Consultancies, renowned for delivering prestigious projects worldwide, is on the hunt for a professional Construction Project Manager to join their Sheffield office.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As the Project Manager, you will become an integral part of a dynamic, innovative, and client-focused team, backed by an inclusive, fun, and flexible company culture. This role will see you working within their specialist Construction Infrastructure business, encompassing multiple sectors including Transport, Civils, Utilities, and Defence.

The new Construction Project Manager will have the chance to work on industry-leading projects, collaborating with high-profile clients. You will diversify your sector experience while enjoying a flexible hybrid working environment, based out of the office two days a week.

Whilst the firm have an exciting and busy pipeline of Infrastructure schemes ahead, they do also get involved in a number of other build sectors so can provide exposure to new sectors long term.

The successful Construction Project Manager will benefit from the company's impressive internal APC programme and will be provided with uncapped opportunities for professional development, chartership, and long term progression.

The Construction Project Manager

The incoming Construction Project Manager will have:

Previous Project Management experience working on Infrastructure projects
Previous Project Management experience within a UK Consultancy firm
A RICS Accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
Accredited by RICS, APM or CIOB - or committed to achieving
A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stagesIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£45,000 - £55,000
