Are you an experience engineering manager looking for a new role around the Peterborough area? I am working with a leading FMCG manufacturer who supplies products throughout the UK and Europe. They are looking for a manager who has experience with installations projects due to their expansion plans for the site. This role will be managing PPM plans, breakdowns, budgets, people and project management and more! There are currently 10 engineers on site with the plan to grow to a team of 14 in the next year. This manager should have a large amount of people management skills and have previous development plans inplace to upskill their engineering team.

Requirements:

HNC equivilent or higher in engineering
Experience leading 6+ engineers
Experience with improvement projects and installations
Experience managing in an FMCG environment
Experience creating employee development plans
