Company Overview:

A leading large-scale developer, whose ambition is to create exceptional and affordable places to live which are at the forefront of sustainability, design, and placemaking for our communities. Their team works across all stages of housing delivery, from acquisition to master planning, design and construction through to sales and marketing. Due to continued business growth, they are currently looking to recruit a Finishing Foreman.

The position is full-time permanent role which would be ideally suited to a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Finishing Foreman. The successful candidate will report to the Management. Your main duties will be as below

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending weekly Management Team meetings
• Maintaining the Site Diary
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors.
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Managing Labourers and Sub-contractors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally a Carpentry background
• Previous experience (min 5+years) in a similar capacity for a Main Building Contractor
• Experience working on residential / commercial projects.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good eye for details
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a team.

Working Conditions:

• Based in Portmarnock, Co Dublin
• Standard office hours with some flexibility required to meet project deadlines.
