Are you a Care Assistant or Support Worker looking to provide a day-sitting and re-enablement service to elderly and disabled clients in the North Somerset area?

You will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care to the elderly and vulnerable in the North Somerset area primarily, Portishead, Nailsea and Weston-Super-Mare.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for domiciliary care, live-in care, complex care, and supported living.

We aim to facilitate independence for all our service users so they can reach their full capabilities with dignity and respect within their own homes.

This role would suit an experienced care assistant looking to provide long and short-term sits (2-12 hours).

THE ROLE:

• Shifts are generally 2 hours - 6 hours
• Shift times generally between 11am and 8pm
• Taking clients shopping / other community trips
• Assist with personal care, support with food and fluid, light domestic duties, and mobility.
• Medication Support

• Experienced Care Assistant
• Looking for full-time or part-time work
• Full Driving License & own vehicle required
