Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
40 hours per week

Our client, a welcoming and child-centred nursery, is seeking a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join their dedicated team. Set within a charming nursery with age-specific rooms, play areas, and gardens, the setting provides the perfect environment for children to thrive through free-flow play and exploration.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an essential role in creating a nurturing and stimulating space where children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically. Working alongside a supportive team, you will inspire curiosity, confidence, and creativity in children through engaging activities and meaningful interactions.

What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or above).
  • Experience: Experience in an early years or nursery setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge: A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
  • Passion: A genuine love for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
  • Encourage free-flow play, making the most of the nursery's versatile indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's development, tailoring learning opportunities to their needs.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
