The Role:

As a Team Leader in the Audit Services Team, you’ll oversee audit work while supporting junior staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting managers and directors with audit planning and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring audits are completed on time and within budget.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, both in the office and on-site.
  • Communicating with clients throughout the audit process.
  • Helping train ACA students and contributing to staff reviews.

What You’ll Need:

  • Recently qualified with an ACA qualification  
  • Excellent technical skills with varied statutory audit and accounts preparation experience.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of FRS 102 & ISAs (knowledge of IFRS is a plus).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team-oriented approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to delegate and supervise junior staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure to high standards.
  • Proficiency in IT and adaptability to technological changes.
