Leading is a professional insolvency practice, based in Norwich, with presence across the UK. Due to an increase in business, development of our technology and infrastructure and demand for our service, we are looking to recruit three people to the team at Administrative level.

As a Client Administrator you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, daily use of MS office and other integrated cloud-based software packages, whilst interacting with team members, clients and other stakeholders. Strong communication skills, excellent written English and the ability to question matters and be an inquisitive thinker are really important skills for the role.

At Leading we offer comprehensive in-house training, whilst you are working, as well as industry accredited professional training to support your learning and career development. Whilst this is an administrative role, you are often dealing with complex case-related information, sensitive data, and legal matters, therefore confidentiality and attention to detail are really important.

We are based in Norwich city centre, however we do offer flexibility for home or hybrid working (this can be discussed at interview).

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Flexi time

25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

£22,500 - £23,500 (depending on skills and experience)
