Paraplanning experience
Experience working within Financial Services
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good organisational and time management skills
Active listener

Strong work ethic
Previous Training experience would be an advantage

What will your role look like?

Designing and delivering internal training to new employees
Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials
Ensure training materials are produced and maintained in a professional and timely manner
Assessing staff and department performance to identify skill gaps
Conducting feedback surveys and researching new teaching methods
Diary management and general admin tasks
