* The company are having a very busy year and have a number of projects due to start in the next few months.

* Project starting in January major mixed use development, Westminster

Role

* Your first project will be a new long term project in East London.

* Interior fit out and Fire door replacement programme

* Provide Site Management and leadrership at all times

* Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.

* Record site documentation.

* Take ownership of your projects and work in a fast paced environment.

* Report to a visiting Contracts Manager

Person specification

* You must have successfully delivered Residential or Commercial refurbishment projects

* Knowledge of current fire protection standards and practices

* Solid Health and Safety knowledge

* Ceritficates including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

* FIRAS certificate is essential

* Excellent communication skills

* Be very organised and record information accurately

* Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently
