Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the import and export process for small packages on a global scale.

· Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.

· Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

· Resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

· Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions.

· Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience in SAGE

· Strong knowledge of administration

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
