The Role

Our Client is looking to recruit passionate psychologists who thrive on multiagency working to improve outcomes for children and young people. You will be a creative problem-solver who can apply psychology across contexts and systems to promote inclusion. You will be dynamic in your application of psychological theories and knowledge aligned to your values. Continual professional development will be important to you and you will be able to make best use of our close links with a number of universities.

Your role will encompass working across a range of settings through a traded service model of delivery, involvement in service development projects with opportunities to lead these (e.g. Virtual School, ELSA, SEMH, Co-production and Early Years) and statutory assessments using person-centred approaches. Additionally, as we are part of Inclusion Support Services in the All Age Disability Directorate you will collaborate regularly with colleagues across services including specialist teaching services, early years inclusion, social care, SEND services and a range of other education services.

To be successful you will be a qualified EP or a Y2/3 Trainee EP looking to develop and extend your current experiences and psychological practice.

Thei Location is geographically located to enable EPs to live in a range of areas across the West Midlands and South West region and our school allocations and flexible working enable EPs to balance work and life.
