️ Property Compliance Officer (Hands-On Role)

📍 Location: Historic Port of Ramsgate
🕒 Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37 hours/week)
📅 Contract: Approx 3 Months (with potential to extend)
💷 Pay: £12.50 per hour

We're on the lookout for a practical and proactive Property Compliance Officer to join our team at the Port of Ramsgate for a full-time, short-term role - with the potential for a longer stay.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who knows their way around property compliance and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

🔍 Reading and actioning Fire Risk Assessments

🚪 Installing fire signage and checking fire extinguishers

🏢 Carrying out general property compliance tasks

✅ Ensuring health and safety standards are met across properties

👷‍♂️ What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience with property compliance (especially fire safety)

🔨 Comfortable doing light manual work and using tools

🤝 Reliable, self-motivated, and independent

🧠 A practical thinker with good communication skills
