We're recruiting on behalf of a business in the Sheffield area that are looking to increase their engineering team with a mechanical fitter. This business have grown year on year and have invested heavily in their manufacturing facility and have ambitious plans to replicate this.

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per year

Days Only

The Person:

* Have worked as a Mechanical Installer, Mechanical Fitter, Industrial Fitter, Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Mechanical Technician.

* Experienced in a industrial manufacturing environment.

* Ability to read engineering drawings.

* Apprentice Trained (NVQ Level 3)

* Reliable / Motivated / Trustworthy.

The Role:

* Building machinery from engineering drawings.

* Liaising with Project Management to ensure work is running to schedule.

* Install and repair components.

* Adhering to site health and safety procedure.

* Hydraulic and Pneumatic fixes.

* Pumps and Motors
