WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

TRAINING 

Develop cutting-edge training for our teams, leveraging behavioural science to enhance learning. Craft and deliver compelling content at events, providing expert product knowledge. Focus on the Shark Ninja customer experience journey to promote best practices.

Innovate training delivery aligned to brand guidelines for retail teams, ensuring exceptional customer service

ANALYSIS

Stay ahead by monitoring product and market changes, understanding their training implications. 

Analyse competitors and craft responsive strategies through remote learning

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional training. Execute virtual initiatives for training teams and retail partners. Develop market-leading support materials, align with stakeholders, and influence client and HQ teams. Build strong relationships with retailers and plan for peak periods to ensure efficiency and added value.

SALES IMPACT

Adapt to market changes by monitoring products and competitor insights. 

Strategise through remote learning and creative planning to stay competitive. Boost sales via physical and virtual training, assess effectiveness, and refine based on feedback. Showcase ROI to clients with innovative demonstrations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Develop contingency plans to exceed client goals. 

Align training content with product launch schedules, managing time effectively to ensure timely rollouts

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

• You’re a content creator able to use the latest content creation software
• You have previous experience in taking a brief, creating and launching training programmes able to demonstrate the return on investment
• You’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with a progress-over-perfection mindset
• You’re engaging and enthusiastic, comfortable delivering training to audiences of 20+ with the ability to flex your approach to the audience

• Competitive Salary: up to £45,000 Per Annum
