The company is a well known provider of Manufacturing, Automation and Test Systems to all industries, who has experienced sustained year on year growth. Due to this growth they are looking to grow their team of 6 already within the Controls department. The company is heavily focused on developing, training and nurturing talent. With the afforementioned development the company is keen to hear from both experienced and junior level Controls Engineers.

Controls Engineer Role:-

This is a Hybrid role for a Controls Engineer located in Kidderminster. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting PLCs, so the work is quite vast and varied. They will work closely with engineering teams to implement and optimize automation systems.

The ideal Controls Engineer will have:-

* Strong experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting

* Knowledge of PLC programming languages (Structured text, Ladder Logic)

* Proficiency in HMI programming and design

* Experience with ICP (e.g. Modbus, Ethernet/IP)

* Familiarity with electrical schematics and control panel design

* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred

* Ability to work in the UK full time without any restrictions
