Are you a dynamic sales professional looking for a rewarding role with excellent growth potential, we want to hear from you! Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Representative in the Manchester area.

You will be selling a range of products, including insulation, drylining, and related supplies, primarily targeting merchant and buying group channels. Your responsibilities will include leveraging an existing client base and actively seeking out new customers to meet and exceed monthly sales and profit goals.

Monday - Friday

Salary £33k-£36k (dependant on expeerience).

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Branch Manager and external sales team to transform inquiries into profitable orders.

* Maintain consistent and timely communication regarding current orders, quotations, and customer inquiries.

* Surpass customer expectations to establish our company as their preferred supplier.

* Engage with both existing and new customers to boost revenue through proactive outbound calls.

Essential Qualities:

* Drive and Determination: Eager to increase revenue from current clients and proactively develop new business.

* Commercial Savvy: Proven ability to manage and maximize profit margins.

* Relationship Builder: Skilled at fostering strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Product Knowledge: Familiarity with insulation or drylining systems and the ability to effectively cross-sell and upsell.

* Industry Experience: Adept in sales within sectors such as national and independent merchants, buying groups, main contractors, or specialist sub-contractors.

* Sales Achievement: Experienced in managing a minimum annual sales target of £1 million.

* Team Player: Strong work ethic with a collaborative mindset.

* Excellence-Driven: Committed to achieving top results in sales and customer service.

* Organizational Skills: Proficient in sales administration, including quote management, CRM systems, and diary management.
