A vacancy has arisen for a Solicitor to join the commercial property team at our client’s Dartford office.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be expected to act for a range of clients dealing with non-contentious commercial matters, principally concerning property. This will include:
- Handling freehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Manage commercial leasehold transactions.
- Oversee site acquisitions and development projects.
- Facilitate secured lending, including close collaboration with financial institutions.
- Assist with business sales and purchases.
- Engage in some limited dealings with residential property matters.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor: Must have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable with various legal software and technology to enhance efficiency in case management.
- Strong Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for effective client interaction and collaboration.
- Caseload Management: Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently while meeting tight deadlines and performance targets.
- Residential Experience: Some experience in residential conveyancing is desirable, providing a well-rounded understanding of property transactions.
- Professional Demeanor: Calm and professional in all interactions, demonstrating a positive, proactive, and professional approach.
- Commercial Acumen: Confident and commercially minded, with strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
