Quantity Surveyor - Canary Wharf, London

Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be engaged in both pre and post contract duties for various residential projects in central London. You will work closely with a team of four, allowing for a collaborative and supportive working environment.

You will be responsible for:

Running projects from inception to completion
Preparing and reviewing contract documents
Cost estimation and budgeting
Client and subcontractor liaison
Monitoring project progress and reporting

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Experience working within a PQS or consultancy
Basic pre and post contract knowledge
