About the job:

We are expanding our Product Management team to help shape and mature our hardware and software products. As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in building product roadmaps, defining product requirements, and identifying new market opportunities. You will work closely with our customers, engineering, and commercial teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business domains. This role offers the chance to bring new product visions to life and support their launch into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Create marketing and financial analyses, business use cases, and product visions for internal stakeholders.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback.
Support the Commercial and Solutions teams in exploring new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps to grow and evolve our market presence.
Collaborate with Marketing to assist in product communication and campaign development.
Produce product documentation to support sales and marketing efforts.
Location:                                      Bury St Edmunds
Salary:                                         Up to £65,000 (Depending on experience)
Working Arrangement:               Hybrid working model

Requirements:
 
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven communication and organisational abilities.
Positive attitude with leadership qualities.
Solid presentation skills.
Desirables:
 
Experience with inertial devices (IMUs), GNSS, or similar technologies.
Background in Automotive Testing, Autonomous Driving, Robotics, or Aerospace.
A business degree/MBA.
