TRIP are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury interiors retailer for their store in Dorchester. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with three new stores planned for the next two years.

This is not a KPI focused business, this is a genuine customer centric environment with premium brands such as Harrison, Parker Knoll, Ercol and G-Plan.The ideal Sales Consultant:- Must have experience in face to face, high-service/consultative based showroom sales- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport- Be confident and highly motivated- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.If you recognise the above and want to join a company that truly Rewards, Recognises & Invests in your career development, both financially and progressively then get in touch today!Basic salary £25k + individual commission + bonuses an uncapped (average) OTE c£30,000-£35,000 (the top 3 sales people in the business earning in excess of £40,000)
