Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assignment Planning: Manage client assignments to ensure seamless execution.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and determine optimal task allocation (in-house vs. outsourced).
• Budgeting & Timelines: Create budgets and timelines that align with client expectations.
• Task Delegation: Allocate tasks to team members according to project needs and skill sets.
• Work Review: Assess staff work to uphold quality standards.
• Project Tracking: Monitor assignment progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Team Management: Provide feedback, conduct reviews and appraisals, and guide team performance.
