The team advise an impressive client-base including large urban estates, commercial, mixed use and residential property developers, occupiers, retailers, hotel owners, charities and HNWI.

As a Property Litigation Associate, you will be advising on both domestic and international disputes including:

Commercial and Residential property disputes concerning breach of covenant or substantial arrears
1954 Act claims
Enfranchisement claims
Telecommunications Act claims
Agricultural disputes
Neighbour disputesRequirements

Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with between 1 - 4 years' PQE
Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes
