Job Overview

We are looking for a kind and caring Support Worker with at least 6 months of experience to help people with daily tasks, keep them safe, and support their well-being. This job is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference and help others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help people with personal care, like washing, dressing, and feeding
- Support clients to stay independent and healthy
- Keep people engaged in fun and meaningful activities
- Give medication if you are trained and needed
- Follow care plans and share any concerns with senior staff
- Keep records of what you do each day
- Make sure the environment is safe and respectful for everyone
- Work well with other team members, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

✔ At least 6 months of experience in a care role
✔ Caring, patient, and good at talking to others
✔ Able to stay calm and kind in difficult situations
✔ Flexible to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
✔ A valid enhanced DBS check
✔ Health & Social Care qualifications (e.g., NVQ) - preferred
